Who is Gaurav Kunal?
Gaurav Kunal is an AI Mentor and Certified AI Trainer (L1–L3) (IBAIC T2) based in Bengaluru. He founded Softobotics, a digital agency for Indian small businesses, and DripFunnel, an AI store builder, and worked at Mercedes-Benz before that. He trains students and working professionals in India to use AI at work and prepares them for IBAIC certifications.

Why I teach
At Mercedes-Benz, I saw how a large organisation adopts a new tool: slowly, carefully, with review and training.
Then I started Softobotics, working with small businesses across India, many in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, and later DripFunnel. AI went from an experiment to part of how we build websites, ads and WhatsApp automation.
I became a Certified AI Trainer (IBAIC T2) so that the people I teach have a clear, checkable route: learn the skill, build real work, then earn a credential anyone can verify.
